Paducah Man Arrested For Selling Pot

The McCracken County Sheriff's Department Drug Division arrested  Rodney Carver 43, of Clarks River Road charging him with 2nd offense trafficking in Marijuana and being a persistent felony offender on 03/10/2010 at the McCracken County Courthouse.
 
The arrest stemmed from an undercover operation conducted by narcotics detectives during the month of January that consisted of a confidential source making a Marijuana purchase from Carver at his residence located at 3712 Clark's River Road in Paducah McCracken County.
 
On 03/05/2010 a McCracken County Grand Jury indicted Carver for the offenses of 2nd offense trafficking in Marijuana under eight ounces and being a second degree persistent felony offender.
 
Carver has a lengthy history involving Marijuana in McCracken County Kentucky dating back to 1995. Carver was convicted for trafficking in Marijuana less than eight ounces in 1999. Since then Carver has been arrested for Marijuana and drug paraphernalia possession by the Sheriff's Department on multiple occasions.
 
Carver was lodged in the McCracken County Jail.
