A Black Pontiac Grand Prix, driven by 36 year old Ryan Ross of Paducah was South on Coleman Road when he failed to stop at the Cairo Road intersection. Mr. Ross vehicle crossed over Cairo Road and collided with a concrete pillar and a steel guard rail in the front yard of 4519 Cairo Road. Excessive speed and Alcohol were factors in this collision. Fortunately there was no cross traffic on Cairo Road when Mr. Roass did not stop. Mr. Ross was transported to Lourdes ER where he was treated for non life threatening injuries. Mr. Ross  was cited to court due to medical treatment for DUI 1st Offense, Operating on a Suspended License, Disregarding a Stop Sign, and Failure to Maintain Insurance.
