Deputy Derick Pugh and Deputy Ryan Norman dispatched to an accident with injuries at 1825 Kreb Station Road.  Operator Brent Haire, 20, of Paducah was operating his girlfriends 98 Dodge Stratus west bound on Kreb Station Road.  Investigation showed that Mr. Haire was operating his vehicle too fast for roadway conditions as the roadways were wet and lost control coming around a curve on Kreb Station.  Mr. Haire's vehicle left the roadway striking a mailbox at the above address on Kreb Station.  Mr. Haire's vehicle came to a rest in the middle of the residents yard.  Mr. Haire stated that the mailbox busted out his window and struck him on the shoulder. Mr. Haire's girlfriend, 17 yoa, was a passenger in the vehicle.  She did not complain of any injuries.  Mr. Haire suffered minor non-life threatening injuries and was transported to Lourdes by Mercy Regional.  Hendron Fire assisted at the scene as well.
