Three Area Teens Arrested on Marijuana Charges.

Just after midnight Deputy Jared Rivera located a suspicious vehicle parked behind Hardee's on Clarks River Road. The vehicle was occupied by John A Weyers IV, Cody Egli, and Michael Sosa. All three young men were 18 years old and from the Reidland Farley Area.
Deputy Rivera detected the strong odor of burnt marijuana as he approached the vehicle. The three young men were identified and consent to search was received from the vehicle operator. Deputy Rivera located a quantity of marijuana, an undisclosed amount of cash, paraphernalia, and other items consistent with the use, buying, and selling of marijuana.
The three men were arrested without incident and lodged in the McCracken County Jail on the following charges:
 
1. John A Weyers IV
    Possession of Marijuana
    Drug Paraphernalia Buy, Poss. 1st Offense
 
2. Michael J Sosa
    Possession of Marijuana
    Drug Paraphernalia Buy, Poss. 1st Offense
 
3. Cody A Egli
    Trafficking in Marijuana (Less than 8 Oz) 1st Offense
    Drug Paraphernalia Buy, Poss. 1st Offense
    Failure to Notify Address Change to Dept. of Transportation (from out of state)
