Between September 2009 and March 2010, Shaun D. Haley, 28, has been in a sexual relationship with a 14 year old female.

It was determined, on at least seven occasions, Haley and the juvenile have had sexual intercourse, in McCracken County. On two other occasions, Haley performed other sex acts, which constitute sodomy.

When Haley was arrested, it was discovered that he possessed several videos and photos of the juvenile, in the nude and performing sexual intercourse. The photos and videos were discovered on Haley's cell phone.

Haley is currently lodged in the McCracken Regional Jail.

Charges: 7 Counts of Rape 3rd Degree

2 Counts of Sodomy 3rd Degree

2 Counts of Possession of Matter Portraying A Sexual Performance by a Minor
