Also responding was the Lone Oak F.D., and Mercy Regional ambulance service.

Upon my arrival the vehicles had already pulled off the road into the K.F.C. Parking lot.

The investigation revealed that 30 year old Allison Hart of Paducah had was stopped in traffic in a 04' Cadilac Escalade.

Also in the vehicle was her 2 year old son Isaac Hart, and 3 month old daughter Alexa Hart. All 3 were uninjured.

In front of her was 32 year old Michael Mackey, also from Paducah. He was also stopped in traffic, in the north bound lane.

Hart states she saw the light turn green as she was also trying to reach back to tend to her 3 month old that was crying.

She started ahead and bumped into the rear of Mackey. Causing minor damage to the bumper on each vehicle.

Mackey was transported to Lourdes E.R. By Mercy Regional ambulance for complaint of pain in the neck and back.

The traffic was very congested due to the construction work just ahead at the Bleich road intersection.
