McCracken Mans Death Under Investigation

 At 03: 30 pm. the McCracken County Sheriff's Department responded to a disturbance on Wadesboro Road. When Deputies arrived there were three male subjects outside the residence. 50 year old Thomas Babb was unresponsive in the drive.  Beside him lay the resident David Hanna who had been assaulted and the third subject Roger Crass who flagged down Deputies from the road.

     Deputy Coroner Ben Bradford pronounced Thomas Babb dead at the scene.  Resident David Hanna was taken to Western Baptist Hospital where he was treated for his injuries.  At this time no other information is available and the cause of death is pending autopsy.

According to McCracken County Deputy Coroner Ben Bradford, the preliminary report from the medical examiner revealed no trauma to the body of Thomas Babb and the cause of death was due to natural causes.
