2 vehicle injury accident on Clarks River Rd.

 At 12:43 PM Deputies were dispatched to 4131 Clarks River road for a reported injury accident. Upon our arrival the investigation shows that 41 year old Michael S. Costello from Calvert City, KY had been west bound on Clarks River road. Driving a 1993 Honda Civic.

   Costello entered the center turn lane. And then proceeded to turn left in front of 48 year old Kimberly K. Kinslow from Paducah while she traveled east bound on Clarks River road., in a 2000 Ford Explorer.  Kinslow braked and swerved right to try to avoid the collision. The two still collided and both vehicles left the roadway. Costello's vehicle struck a tree before coming to rest. 

    Both subjects were taken to Western Baptist E.R. by Mercy Regional ambulance for treatment. Reidland Farley Fire Department provided assistance on scene also.
