Paducah Man Arrested On Pot Charges

McCracken County Sheriff's Detectives have arrested Matthew N. Haralambidis on Marijuana related offenses and an outstanding McCracken County Felony Warrant.
 
On May 21, 2010 at approximately 7:52 pm detectives with the McCracken County Sheriff's Department Drug Division executed a search warrant at 3824 Howle Street in Paducah.  During a search of the residence detectives seized several ounces of processed marijuana, digital scales and several hundred dollars in US currency believed to be proceeds from Marijuana sales. 
 
Later in the evening McCracken County Sheriff's Deputies located Matthew  Haralambidis at a mobile home on Clark's River Road. Haralambidis was arrested without incident at approximately 8:30 pm.  
 
Haralambidis was lodged in the McCracken County Jail
 
The arrest warrant was that was served on Haralambidis was in relation to an incident that occurred on 03-29-2010 where Haralambidis is alleged to have thrown marijuana out of his vehicle while a McCracken County Deputy was attempting to stop him. 
 
Arrested: Matthew N Haralambidis 23, of Howle Street in Paducah
 
Charges: Trafficking in marijuana under eight ounces and possession of drug paraphernalia 2nd offense
 
Arrest warrant: Tampering with physical evidence, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia
