Three Paducah Women Arrested During Undercover Sting

McCracken County Sheriff's Detectives have arrested three Paducah women charging them with various drug and prostitution offenses.
 
On June 5, 2010 the McCracken County Sheriff's Department organized a undercover sting to target street level drug and prostitution offenders in Paducah / McCracken County. The Sheriff's Department was assisted by the Paducah City Police Department, Marshall County Sheriff's Department, Ballard County Sheriff's Department and the McCracken County Regional Jail in this investigation.
 
During the course of the operation detectives, acting in the undercover capacity traveled through out the city and county looking for potential offenders. On June 5, 2010 at approximately 9:20 pm undercover detectives located Ellison F. Sloan 30, of Paducah on South 6th Street. Detectives purchased a quantity of crack cocaine from Sloan. Sloan was arrested in the 600 block of South 6th Street following the transaction.
 
On June 6th, 2010 at approximately 12:32am detectives located Cynthia M. Beck 44, of North 4th Street walking on North 12th Street in Paducah. Beck flagged down an undercover detective and agreed to engage in sexual intercourse with the undercover detective for $30. Beck was arrested shortly there after.
At approximately 2:00 am Yuvonn E. Foulks  37, of Glenwood Drive flagged down an undercover detective near the intersection North 5th and Harrison Streets in Paducah. Foulks agreed to engage in oral sex with an undercover detective for $20 and was arrested shortly there after.  Foulks admitted that she had a crack cocaine smoking pipe that contained a small amount of crack cocaine in her purse following her arrest.
 
All three women were arrested and lodged in the McCracken County Regional Jail.
 
 
Arrested: Ellison F. Sloan 30, of Broadway in Paducah
 
Charges: Trafficking in controlled substance 1st degree-Cocaine (A class "C" felony punishable by 5-10 years in prison)
 
 
 
Arrested: Cynthia M. Beck 44, of North 4th Street in Paducah
 
Charges: Solicitation to prostitution (A class "B" misdemeanor punishable by up to 90 days in jail)
 
 
 
Arrested: Yuvonn E. Foulks 37, of Glenwood Street in Paducah
 
Charges: Solicitation to prostitution (A class "B" misdemeanor punishable by up to 90 days in jail), possession of drug paraphernalia (A class "A" misdemeanor punishable by up to 12 months in jail, and possession of a controlled substance in the 1st Degree -Cocaine(A class "D" felony punishable by 1-5 years in prison)
