The
McCracken County Sheriff's Department has arrested multiple
individuals charging them with various drug offenses after
conducting numerous drug investigations over the past several
months.
On
06/18/2010 a McCracken County Grand Jury indicted several
individuals on drug possession and trafficking offenses. The
majority of the offenses are in relation to prescription
drug trafficking. The offenses are alleged to have
occurred in McCracken County during the months of March, April and
May of 2010. Since June 22, 2010 detectives have arrested ten different
individuals on outstanding arrest warrants in relation to these
offenses. Other individuals are likely to be arrested in the
near future. Below is a list of the arrested individuals along
with the date they were arrested and the offenses they are
alleged to have committed.

Charges: Complicity to trafficking in a 1st degree
controlled substance- Morphine

Arrested: Kenneth Lagore 42, of Cook Street in
Paducah
Charges: Trafficking in Marijuana under eight ounces
2nd offense, Illegal possession of a legend drug and possession
of drug paraphernalia
Arrested: Sherry D. Lagore 42, of Cook Street in
Paducah
Charges: Trafficking in Marijuana under eight
ounces, Illegal possession of a legend drug and possession of drug
paraphernalia
Arrested Date: 06/24/2010
Arrested: Marquitta Hill 29, of Clarks River Road in
Paducah
Charges: Trafficking in 1st degree controlled substance-
Oxycodone
Arrested: Michael C. Williams 33, of Benton Road in
Paducah
Charges: Possession of a 1st degree controlled
substance-methamphetamine 2nd offense and possession of drug
paraphernalia
Michael J. Cownie 22, of Berger Road in Paducah
Charges: Trafficking in a 1st degree controlled substance-Dilaudid

Arrested: Henry
E. Brokaw 56, of North 25th Street in Paducah
Charges:
Trafficking in a 2nd degree controlled substance- Lortab and trafficking
in a 3rd degree controlled substance - Klonopin
