Joint Investigation Leads To Three Meth Arrests

A joint investigation by the McCracken County Sheriff's Department, the Marshall County Sheriff's Department and the Kentucky Department of probation and parole lead to three methamphetamine arrests late Thursday afternoon.
 
On 07-15-2010 detectives with the McCracken County County Sheriff's Department Drug Division were contacted by the Kentucky Department of probation and parole to assist them after illegal items were found during a home visit at 5510 Husbands Road at approximately 4 pm. Detectives with the McCracken County Sheriff's Department and the Marshall County Sheriff's Department responded to 5510 Husband's Road. Probation officers were visiting Charles Moneymaker, who is currently on felony probation for drug offenses.Three individuals were present that lived at the residence Charles N. Moneymaker, Stacey Duckett and Rebecca Watkins. Detectives conducted a search of the residence. During the interior search of the residence detectives located numerous syringes, digital scales with meth residue, liquid fire, tubing and baggy corners that contained meth residue. Detectives conducted a search of the exterior the residence and located numerous items that had been discarded from a recent meth cook.
 
The three individuals present at the residence were arrested. Detectives continued their investigation throughout the evening. Through their investigation detectives learned that Charles Moneymaker, an occupant of the residence had purchased Sudafed, drain cleaner and lithium batteries for another individual to cook methamphetamine. Detectives learned that Rebecca Watkins had also purchased Sudafed for this same individual to make meth with on 07-05-2010. All three individuals were lodged in the McCracken County Jail.
 
 
Arrested: Charles N. Moneymaker 40, of Husbands Road
 
Charges: Complicity to manufacture methamphetamine ( A class "B" felony punishable by 10-20 years in prison, possession of meth (A class "D" felony punishable by 1-5 years in prison) and possession of drug paraphernalia
 
 
Arrested: Rebecca J. Watkins 36, of Husbands Road 
 
Charges: Unlawful distribution of a meth precursor (A class "D" felony punishable by 1-5 years in prison),  possession of meth (A class "D" felony punishable by 1-5 years in prison) and possession of drug paraphernalia
 
 
 
Arrested: Stacey R. Duckett 45, of Husbands Road
 
Charges:possession of meth 2nd offense(A class "C" felony punishable by 5-10 years in prison) and possession of drug paraphernalia
