County Sheriff's deputies were dispatched to Buchanan Road in
Paducah in reference to 21 year old Kyle T. Coley of Paducah KY having
struck a vehicle while on his 2009 Yamaha Motorcycle. Mr. Coley
states that he noticed that the 1991 Mazda Miata, driven by 47 year
old Timothy R. Hart of Paducah, KY was slowing his vehicle, just after
a curve to pull into driveway. Mr. Coley stated that he
attempted to slow his motorcycle, and was distracted by getting his
tennis shoe caught on motorcycle, and struck Mr. Hart.
Unit 1 was wearing a helmet, however was transported by Mercy Regional
Ambulance Service to Lourdes complaining of injuries to his back and
neck. Mr. Hart did not report any injuries. Deputies were
also assisted by Concord Fire Department and Jewells towing services.
