. At approximately 1345 this afternoon Ricky Bond of Paducah was driving a 2007 Harley Davidson attempting to make a right hand turn onto lone oak road from CVS parking lot located at lone oak rd and Friendship rd. 64 year old Lesley Ratcliff of Boaz Ky. was traveling southbound on Lone oak rd when Bond pulled out of the parking lot hitting her in the passenger side door. Ratciff was not injured in the accident. Bond was transported to Lourdes ER by Mercy Regional with apparent minor injuries.
