Single vehicle Injury accident on N. Gum Springs

At around 0400 this morning McCracken County Deputies, West McCracken Fire, and Mercy Ambulance were dispatched to a single car accident on N. Gum Springs RD.

Jason West 23, of Paducah was traveling South on N. Gum Springs RD, in a 2001, Black Jetta. West unfamiliar with the road missed a 90 degree right turn and ran off the roadway striking a tree. West was transported to Western Baptist Hospital for abdominal pain by Mercy.
