HIT AND RUN ACCIDENT INJURES ONE

   At 0826 McCracken Co. deputies responded to a hit and run accident with an injury. A 2005 Hyundai Sonata driven by 43 yr. old Arlene Martin and a 2010 Mazda 6 driven by 54 yr old Ruppe Lane, were stopped for the traffic light at US68 and Ky Dam Rd. A gray pickup (driver unknown) rear-ended the Hyundai Sonata causing that vehicle to run into the rear of the Mazda. The run vehicle is a pickup truck  gray in color, the direction of travel is unknown . Mrs. Martin was transported to Lourdes hospital by Mercy ambulance for non-life threatening injuries.  Reidland fire department assisted at the scene.
