On 01/05/2011, at approximately 1605  hours, a pickup truck driven by 63 year old Glen Steinbeck of Kevil, Kentucky drove off the roadway, into a ditch, and collided head-on with a concrete driveway culvert.  The collision occurred in the ditch located in front of 12325 U S Highway 60 West.  Mr.  Steinbeck was transported by Mercy EMS to Lourdes Hospital for treatment of his injuries.  Where he was also cited for operating a motor vehicle under the influence.  Members of the West McCracken Fire Department assisted at the scene.
