On 01-12-2012 at approximately 2246 hours Deputies responded to 4355 Lovelaceville Road for a single vehicle accident with injuries.  Upon Deputies arrival Mr. Zackary Cagle reported that he swerved to miss a animal in the roadway causing him to lose control of his 1995 Ford Van and hit the concrete driveway causing apparent minor injuries. Mr. Cagle was later charged with DUI at Lourde’s Hospital.

 

Deputies were assisted on scene by Mercy Ambulance, Lone Oak Fire Department, and Hippie’s Wrecker Service.
