At 4:02pm Deputy Lindsey Miller stopped a 2004 Mitsubishi driven by Carrington Byas 22 of Ballard County, after observing the vehicle speeding on Elmdale Rd.  Investigation led to a search of the vehicle where a quantity of Marijuana was located. Mr Byas was arrested and charged as follows.

1.     Trafficking Marijuana 8oz to 5lb
2.     Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
3.     Speeding 55 in 25
